The Extension Program at St. Mary School provides professional care, supervision, homework support, recreation and enrichment activities for the children of working families who desire both Catholic school education and supplementary daycare in a Christian environment as an Extension Program of the school day. All policies of the school, including the contents of the school Parent/Guardian & Student Handbook, apply during the Extension Program which is only available to students enrolled at St. Mary School for an additional fee.
Hours and Days
The Extension Program is available before school from 7:00 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. and after school from 3:05 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Children must bring lunch from home on all minimum days. The Extension Program operates only on regular school days and teacher in-service days, and is not available on holidays, vacations, or in the summer months (except during summer school).
The Extension Program is available on minimum days from 12:15 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for children enrolled in the program. Minimum days are included in monthly rates. All children must bring lunches on minimum days as no lunch program is available.

Extension tuition may be paid over 10, 11, or 12 months with all payments beginning in July, but must be over the same duration that is chosen for tuition payments. Extension tuition is automatically deducted through FACTS Tuition Management from a bank account of your choice on either the 5th or 20th of each month.
A family may choose to pay in full at the time of registration for a 2% discount; families receiving tuition assistance are not eligible for this discount.
