Extension Plus

What is Extension Plus?

Extension Plus is a program that allows St. Mary School students to be cared for on campus during professional development days and vacations when school is not in session.  It is NOT open on national holidays.  Kids wear casual dress, bring their own lunch (snacks are provided), and keep busy with different art, music, sports, and other activities.

Who can come to Extension Plus?

All St. Mary School students in grades TK-8 are eligible to attend Extension Plus whether or not they usually attend Extension.

What are the hours that Extension Plus will be open?

Extension Plus will be open from 6:45 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  The cost covers the entire period of time, or any fraction thereof.

How much does it cost?

The à la carte non-refundable charge is $30/day for one student or $50/day for a family of TK-8th grade students enrolled at St. Mary School.  You may also choose to add the entire year of Extension Plus to your regular tuition and Extension payments for $300/year/child.  There is no discount for payment in full as the price for the entire year of Extension Plus is already discounted.

How do I sign up for Extension Plus?

If you want to be able to attend Extension Plus every day it’s offered, you may choose to select Extension Plus during the registration process and the $300/student fee will be added to your regular tuition and/or Extension payments via FACTS.  If you want to pay as you go, you will need to sign up IN ADVANCE (to facilitate appropriate staffing) by completing the reservation form we provide each month, and then we will deduct the non-refundable fee through FACTS.  Once you sign up the cost will be deducted whether or not your student attends. (Non-refundable because of staffing expenses)
