St. Mary School Application Process During COVID-19

Welcome to St. Mary School! As you read through our website, you will notice some things look different. Like other schools and businesses, we have postponed much of the activity that normally keeps our campus buzzing. Though it isn’t easy, we are adhering to the state guidelines to ensure the safety of our students and staff, something we prioritize even during “normal” times. During this unspecified timeframe, we are working to continue business as usual at St. Mary School. What does this look like? Here is some guidance:

Tours for Prospective Families
Our principal offers in-person campus tours during limited weekend hours for families who have submitted a completed application for their child(ren) to the school. Families
can also watch the videos posted towards the end of the website home page to get to know us a little better. Once you have submitted a completed application, please contact us as you normally would by phone (916) 452-1100 or

email [email protected], and we will arrange a tour with you. 


Application Process
If you would like to apply for the 2021-2022 school year, thank you for choosing St. Mary School! Please print out and complete the application under the Admissions tab, and together with the application fee, immunizations record, baptismal certificate (if applicable), and report cards and testing (for those applying to 7th and 8th grade only), mail or deliver to:

League Sports, Events, and Activities

St. Mary School is known for its spirit of sports! We also take great pride in the events and activities we offer our students and families. We are pleased to announce that the Parochial Athletic League has resumed the sports program. 


Religious Instruction Resources
